2013 State Application for Eligibility under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
The Nevada Department of Education has developed an application for eligibility to receive federal special education funds during federal fiscal year 2013 (state fiscal year 2014) in accordance with requirements established by the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs. The Department will accept written comments from the public regarding the application from March 6 through April 5, 2013.
