2007 Legislative Session

As required by Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 385.210, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall not later than July 1 “provide to the Board of Trustees of each school district a memorandum that describes each statute newly enacted by the legislature which affects the public schools in this state and the pupils who are enrolled in the public schools in this state.”  The attached documents are provided to meet the statutory requirements
